This service is done by phone. If you live in the following countries: US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Italy, France, Spain, UK or Ireland Betty will call you directly.

Those who do not reside in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Italy, France, Spain, UK and Ireland will have to call in for their session (normal toll/long distant charges will apply). Also, those on cell phones outside the continental US will need to call, as well.
